Teaching Methodologies
Theoretical-practical classes with an exposition of the subject matter summarised, followed by the resolution of practical cases either
chosen from national case law or formulated by the lecturer, as well as discussion of the subjects taught. Use of TBL (Task Based Learning)
tools and participation in Moot Arbitration Courts.
Learning Results
This is a complementary (optional) course designed to provide students with core information on consumer rights. In this new legal field, the
course programme aims to provide students with a broad and consistent perspective that will enable them to:
a) Know the legal framework of consumer rights;
b) Ensure consumer rights in a global and competitive market;
c) Identify the instruments for resolving consumer disputes.
