Social and Organizational Psychology

Teaching Methodologies

As far as teaching methodologies are concerned, they will be based on a diversified pedagogical approach, in order to guarantee, on the
one hand, a more comprehensive component of the syllabus by means of lectures, and on the other, paying attention to building a studentcentered
work environment by means of an active approach.
The curricular unit will be developed using theoretical-practical classes, with a lecture component and a case analysis and discussion
component, as well as solving exercises to apply the syllabus.
The lectures will have a comprehensive slant, operating as a reference for the acquisition of more theoretical content, and this content will
be operationalized through proposals for solving activities/problems as a way of building a learning environment anchored in the student in
order to foster learning.
