Attraction, Selection and Organizational Integration Strategies

Teaching Methodologies

Discipline will work with theoretical-practice classes. Classes will include the following teaching methodologies (TM):
TM1 – the faculty’s exposure of theoretical subjects and discussion with students;
TM2 – analysis by students, as a group, of illustrative cases of matter and later discussion with the faculty and the other groups;
TM3 – simulation of elements of the recruitment and selection process such as interviews, curriculum analysis, work samples, so that
students gain familiarity with them.

Learning Results

This CU trains students to effectively conduct recruitment, selection and integration processes for new employees. Learning objectives:
LO1) Draw up an HR plan based on identifying hiring needs and forecasting future skills
LO2) Analyze roles in detail, identifying responsibilities and key competencies
LO3) Define candidate profiles in line with organizational needs and company culture
LO4) Know the sources and types of recruitment, selecting the most suitable ones
LO5) Master techniques for attracting candidates, applying innovative strategies in line with market trends
LO6) Implement forms of candidate assessment, using objective metrics and technological tools
LO7) Make hiring decisions in line with organizational strategy
LO8) Produce a personalized welcome manual in line with good organizational integration practices.
