Teaching Methodologies
In this curricular unit, classes will have a theoretical-practical nature, combining the exposition of theoretical content with its practical
application.
The teaching methods to be used include:
Expository method: To present and analyze the main concepts and theoretical approaches.
Interrogative method: To stimulate interaction, raise questions and promote reflection on the topics covered.
Case studies: Focused on solving practical situations and legal problems specific to the area of HRM. This method will allow students to
apply theoretical knowledge to real problems, bringing them closer to the legal issues faced in the business environment and developing a
critical and practical understanding of legal norms.
The course will also include lectures on topics relevant to the area of HRM, complementing learning with practical and up-to-date insights.
These teaching and learning methodologies are designed to promote the integrated development of students, in line with the syllabus and
the established objectives and competences. Continuous assessment requires active student participation, including study and oral
intervention on the subjects taught. Interaction between teacher and student, as well as between the students themselves, will be
emphasized, creating an environment of two-way communication aimed at reflection and discussion. In addition, the resolution of concrete
legal problems will be an important focus, providing students with close contact with the legal reality in the context of Human Resources
Management (HRM).
