Teaching Methodologies
The teaching methodologies to be used combine theoretical teaching with practical application in order to consolidate learning by combining
scientific knowledge with best practices in human resources management. Thus, expository, exploratory and research methods will be
used, seeking to develop in students the skills that will enable them to carry out the design and development of the project with autonomy
and critical capacity. And active and contemporary methodologies such as:
Problem-based learning (PBL), which puts students at the center of the learning process, challenging them to solve problems or real
situations. They formulate hypotheses and develop solutions for the applied project.
Project-based Learning (PBL), which involves students in the research, planning, execution and presentation of projects. The projects are
monitored by the teacher(s) responsible, who provide feedback for improvement, exploring creative solutions and the collaborative
construction of knowledge by the students.
Peer learning, allowing students to share knowledge and experiences as they develop the project, playing an active role in the teaching and
learning process.
Whenever possible, audiovisual and digital media will be used to present the content in order to create interactivity and participation
Learning Results
This course aims to provide students with skills in the integrated application of HRM, including the design, development or implementation
of various HRM activities. Ensure the practical application of knowledge, preparing them to deal with the current and future challenges of
HRM in the context of their professional profile.
The learning objectives (LO) are:
LO1) Apply the concepts, theories and models learned in HRM;
LO2) Recognize and characterize the stages of an applied research project;
LO3) Use appropriate working methodologies to develop a project;
LO4) Understand the process of building knowledge, research, analysis and problematization;
LO5) Design and implement an applied HR organizational intervention project;
LO6) Apply the HR practices learned throughout the course;
LO7) Apply the stages of applied research in the social sciences;
LO8) Write, present and defend the project work developed.
