Rewards, Remuneration and Career Management

Teaching Methodologies

The curricular unit is eminently theoretical and practical, using the following methods:
Expository method with examples and calculation procedures: structured presentation of concepts and theoretical foundations, combined
with practical demonstrations and application of calculation procedures;
Case study/simulation method and group work: enables practical analysis and application of theoretical knowledge in real or simulated
situations. This allows students to develop critical and collaborative skills, as well as applying strategies and solutions in different contexts,
promoting more integrated and dynamic learning.
