Base Knowledge
Basic knowledge of business management.
Teaching Methodologies
The pedagogical model for this module is designed based on the principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL), aiming to reduce barriers to learning and promote equity. The strategy is rooted in flexibility: content is presented in multiple formats; active methodologies (such as the flipped classroom and collaborative work) encourage diverse forms of participation, action, and expression; and the connection to real-world management contexts ensures relevance, engagement, and student motivation. This fosters an environment where critical thinking and individual reflection coexist with evidence-based debate and practical application.
