Teaching Methodologies

Being a discipline that aims to offer both the theoretical bases and the introduction to their practical applications, the methodology to be used will be based on a process of “explanation-exemplification” in which all subjects will culminate in practical work, individual or in groups, in which it will be part of the evaluation process. In this way, students will be able to apply the knowledge acquired immediately after exposure and be assessed continuously and individually for each content presented.

– 30% Continuous assessment (attendance, punctuality, performance in classes) – 50% Individual work:

– Development of a DAW session to record a show.

– Development of a DAW for streaming a show.

– Development of a session for mixing and recording/broadcasting simultaneously. – Written test

-20% Group Work – analysis, planning, operation, recording, and streaming of a show.

Learning Results

a)Analyze, manage and resolve the technical needs for recording a show.

b) Know how to interpret the needs of an event in order to be able to design a technical Rider to record it. c) Digital audio – Audio transmission protocols over ethernet and internet.

d) Assembly and tuning of a region or listening point for recording and/or broadcasting audio.

e) Digital streaming systems – audio and video protocols

f) Mastery of digital Audio and Video streaming platforms.
