Teaching Methodologies
The methodologies used are active, incorporating real-life classroom situations presented via video, followed by reflection and discussion on them, group dynamics, and role play for strategy training. The approach also includes content exploration and material analysis, with the consolidation of information through the exposure of content. An integral part of the methodology is the discussion and support for students’ autonomous work, applying the content in their training/professional practice. The continuous assessment regime includes elements from activities carried out in class, attendance, participation, and engagement in tasks (25%). 75% of the final grade is assigned to a final project within the scope of the subject taught or a written exam covering the topics covered. Assessment by examination is conducted through a written test.
