Teaching Methodologies
Theoretical-practical classes
The expository method will be used using audiovisual resources, with active individual and group moments of interaction between student and teacher, which allow the understanding of the program content and the active participation of the student in the learning process.
Students will be monitored throughout the semester with clarification of doubts, whenever requested and as a complement to their training.
Teaching aids for all subjects taught are also made available to each student with the bibliographical references recommended for the subject, at the beginning of the semester.

– Characterize and effectively apply deontological aspects in the professional field;

2 – ETHICS, BIOETHICS AND PRINCIPLES OF BIOMEDICAL ETHICS – 10 hours
Distinction between ethics and morality;
Distinction between ethics and law;
Distinction between ethics and religion;
The first initiatives of theorizing of bioethics: the principles;
Fundamental principles in bioethics (Beauchamp and Childress): beneficence, non-maleficence, autonomy and justice;
The ethical and legal doctrine of informed consent in safeguarding respect for self-determination of the person;
Structural elements of informed consent;
Variants of informed consent;
Autonomy and the right to privacy;
Responsibility of the health professional;
The professional secrecy / confidentiality of clinical data;
Rights and duties of patients;
