Teaching Methodologies
Theoretical and theoretical-practical classes. Expositive, interrogative and demonstrative methods in theoretical classes. The use of expository and interrogative methodologies will make it possible to explain the theoretical concepts and their framework, as well as to assess the students’ mastery of them. Narratives will be used to illustrate the fields of occupational therapy and the application of professional models. In the theoretical-practical classes, active learning methodologies will be used through the presentation of hypothetical cases to students who will be challenged to apply the theory of professional models. The combination of these methodologies allows the learning process to be aligned with the pedagogical model centered on the student and oriented towards the development of professional skills in the area of Occupational Therapy.
