Micro-credential in 3D Transthoracic Echocardiogram

A course in 3D transthoracic echocardiogram emerges as a direct response to the growing demands associated with the use of type of diagnostic examination, aiming to enhance the technical competence of the professionals involved. This course was designed with a focus on recognising clinical applications and accurately interpreting 3D transthoracic echocardiograms, while promoting the development of practical skills in the use of actigraphy. In this way, it will help strengthen the capacity of healthcare services and enhance the professional development of participants.

Students in the 4th year of the degree course in Clinical Physiology of the Coimbra Health School (ESTeSC-IPC), as well as holders of the degree in Clinical Physiology who are students of the Master’s course taught by ESTeSC-IPC, can apply for this micro-credential.
