Course Objectives
The development of digital skills is now essential for the sustainability and competitiveness of community pharmacies and healthcare professionals in general.
The increasing digitalization of healthcare services and the transformation of consumer behavior require pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to master digital communication strategies, content marketing, and online presence in order to strengthen the role of pharmacies and other healthcare units as reference points in public health.
The creation of a Micro-credential in Digital Marketing addresses the need to equip pharmacy and healthcare professionals with practical and up-to-date tools that enable them to communicate effectively with the public, promote services and products in an ethical and scientific manner, and contribute to improving community health literacy.
This training program will:
• Empower pharmacy and healthcare professionals to use digital platforms as tools for health promotion and patient engagement;
• Promote good communication practices in accordance with the ethical and regulatory standards of the pharmaceutical sector;
• Encourage innovation and digital entrepreneurship in the pharmacy context, contributing to the sustainable development of institutions and to strengthening citizens’ trust in the healthcare system.
