Course Objectives
The course aims to acquire knowledge about the recommendations for a healthy vegetarian diet, the different ingredients of vegetarian cuisine, combinations and cooking techniques. Simultaneously, the objectives are the elaboration of balanced vegetarian meals and the application of healthy cooking techniques to vegetarian food.
Access Conditions
Students in the 4th year of the degree course in Dietetics and Nutrition of the Coimbra Health School (ESTeSC-IPC), as well as holders of the degree in Dietetics and Nutrition who are students of the Master’s course taught by ESTeSC-IPC, can apply for this micro-credential.
