Micro-credential in Work at Heights

The Work at Height Micro-accreditation Course To create a highly professional specialization course in Work at Heights, providing students with the knowledge capable of managing and/or performing work at heights. There is a lack of training offer in the area with a high practical component in the central region. The creation of this course with a strategic partner in the area and with a high fieldwork component will allow for a differentiating offer. It is intended that students learn to use their knowledge to interpret and evaluate the surrounding reality, to formulate and carry out work at height. These skills are considered fundamental in some professional activities.

Students in the 4th year of the Environmental Health Degree Course at the Escola Superior de Tecnologia da Saúde de Coimbra (ESTeSC-IPC), as well as holders of Environmental Health degree who are master’s degree students taught by ESTeSC-IPC, can apply for this microcreditation.
