– Classes oriented to problem solving, assisted work and presentation / discussion of assignments.

Learning Results

Structuring and understanding the basic principles of business organization and management, from the strategic to the operational level in multiple aspects, creating a common domain of knowledge between engineers and managers
The skills to be acquired are:
– Ability to structure thinking regarding the challenges posed to the management of organizations
– Understanding the influence of economic, social, technological and political environments on organizations and managers
– Evaluating and understanding the importance of competitiveness and business ethics, in the context of the company’s culture, from a business perspective open to innovation and change
– Understanding basic principles of organizational behavior
– Understanding the fundamental concepts of corporate finance
– Identifying different management philosophies and the tools associated with them
– Understanding and applying appropriate tools for creating and evaluating business plans
