In class, the content is usually developed and presented using audiovisual aids. In practical classes, applied problems are solved and case studies are analyzed.

Program
Module 1 – Construction sites: definition of the site plan, including equipment, circulation, warehouses and security.
Module 2 – Waste management: obligations of the various parties involved throughout the process.
Module 3 – Construction planning: defining productivity and setting up teams, precedence and sequence of activities, calculating deadlines, drawing up work plan diagrams (Gantt and PERT/CPM), support software.
Module 4 – Searching for alternatives, ordering materials, drawing up comparative tender maps, managing subcontracts.
Module 5 – Construction supervision. Quality in construction.

There will be two components to the final grade: periodic assessment and a final exam.
The periodic assessment component takes the form of individual and/or group practical work, with a weight of 30%. The final exam, to be held in the last class, with a weight of 70%, may be replaced by several written tests throughout the semester.
Passing requires a mark of at least 9.5 in the overall assessment, and the student will have to achieve a minimum mark of 25% (twenty-five) in the exam and work carried out, and for Final Grades above 17, an oral defense will be requested.
Students who do not achieve the minimum mark will be given a final overall mark of 7.00.
The exam will preferably be written, but may take the form of an oral exam in situations where this proves to be more appropriate, namely in Special Seasons and for Association Leaders.
With regard to Practical Work, it is considered that its component in the assessment will be included in all seasons, and work done in previous school years will not be taken into account.
Attendance is in accordance with current legislation.
