Students may pass the course through the following regimes:
- Periodic evaluation;
- Assessment by exam.
The periodic evaluation regime includes the following assessment components:
- Individual written test, without consultation, weighing 70% of the final grade;
- Group work, weighing 30% of the final grade**.
* Minimum score on the test required to pass under periodic evaluation: 7 out of 20.
** The group work is carried out in class, and student attendance in the sessions dedicated to its completion is mandatory. Absence from any of these sessions results in no evaluation for this component.
The exam assessment regime includes the following component:
- Individual written test, without consultation, weighing 100% of the final grade.
