Teaching Methodologies
The following teaching-learning methodologies will be used:
1. Expository, using audiovisual means to explain the syllabus;
2. Active, through the resolution of practical cases and discussion of case studies and scientific articles;
3. Collaborative, through group work.
Learning Results
It is expected that at the end of the course the student will be able to:
a) Identify the skills required to lead people and groups in the tourism sector;
b) Develop leadership behaviors appropriate to the tourism sector;
c) Develop management capabilities, articulating human resources management with the overall management of the organization in the tourism sector;
d) Develop specific skills for creating motivated and autonomous teams in the tourism sector

Grading Methods
The following assessment methods are provided:
1. Continuous/periodic assessment, including:
a) Test, with a weight of 50% in the final grade;
b) Group work, with a weight of 50% in the final grade;
2. Assessment by examination, comprising:
a) Exam, with a weight of 50% in the final grade;
b) Individual work, weighing of 50% in the final grade.
