Teaching Methodologies

In this curricular unit the following teaching-learning methodologies are used/combined:

1) Expository methodology, using audiovisual resources to present and explain the different program contents, facilitating a structured viewof the main concepts.

2) Active/collaborative methodology, using thematic debates and problem solving, as well as case studies and group dynamics.

3) Project-based methodology, using projects that require the practical application of concepts to solve real or simulated problems.

4) Methodology based on gamification principles, using challenges or simulations.

Learning Results

At the end of the course, students are expected to be able to: a) Identify the skills required to lead people and groups;

b) Develop leadership behaviors appropriate to different contexts;

c) Develop management skills, articulating people management with the organization’s global management;

d) Develop specific skills for the creation high performance teams.
