Course Objectives
The MSc in Financial Analysis aims to provide a thorough and rigorous training that allows develop scientific and technical expertise to all those who work or intend to come to exercise professional activities in the area of corporate finance. Intended to frame the area of financial and non-financial companies and recent graduates seeking advanced knowledge and expertise in matters relating to: national and international accounting standards, assessment and risk management, use of complex financial instruments, management of securities portfolios, financial reporting analysis, corporate finance decisions. The master of financial analysis, will be able to integrate multidisciplinary knowledge and formulate judgments involving scientific, technical, ethical and social order reasoning for proposed solutions to the problem solving qualitative and quantitative business context.
Access Conditions
Are eligible to apply to the master in Financial Analysis: a) The holder of a degree or legal equivalent awarded by a national institution of higher education, preferably in Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance and other related fields; b) Holders of a foreign academic degree awarded following a 1st. cycle of studies organized according to the principles of the Bologna Process by a State adherent to this process, preferably in Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance and other related areas; c) Holders of an academic degree, national or foreign, that is recognized by the Scientific Board of the ISCAC, as fulfilling the objectives of a degree; d) Holders of an academic, scientific or professional CV, that is recognized by the Scientific Board of the ISCAC as attesting the capacity to complete this course.

It is aimed at financial managers of financial and non-financial companies and recent graduates who wish to obtain advanced knowledge and skills in matters related to: national and international accounting standards, risk assessment and management, use of complex financial instruments, management portfolios , analysis of financial reports, decisions of corporate finance. The master in financial analysis will be able to integrate multidisciplinary knowledge and formulate judgments involving scientific, technical, ethical and social aspects, aiming the foundation of proposals of solutions for the resolution of qualitative and quantitative problems in the context of corporate performance, exercising the functions of financial risk analysis, management of investment strategies and funds investments..
Access to Superior Studies
The Master´s degree allows the entry into the third studies cycle which leads to the PhD.
