Teaching Methodologies
Lecture. Problem solving.
Hours of attendance of students in the office for placement of questions or problems; placing questions or problems by email
Performing group work and written test and / or exam
Learning Results
Depth acquisition of the concepts of biomedical sciences relevant to manual therapy, including mechanisms of pain; the processes of clinicai reasoning; and the components of the assessment in neuromusculoskeletal conditions and types, sources, meaning and compilation of relevant information available.
Improve dexterity in collected data relevant to the detection of neuromusculoskeletal problems and capacity to construct a plan of assessment based on the work of hypotheses.
Ability to objectify the deficiency, the activity limitation and participation restriction; identify priorities and urgency of assessment and intervention; the factors that influence the nature of the means for evaluation; guide the user during the evaluation; and record the findings.
