Program

• Know and understand the ultrasound protocol of the lower limbs
o the brief anatomical notions
o know the protocol for venous evaluation of the lower limbs
o know and interpret the main venous pathologies
• Know and understand the cardiac ultrasound protocol
o the brief anatomical notions
o the know and identify the four basic Windows: subcostal, parasternal Axis-Long, parasternal axis-short, apical 4 chambers;
o identify the different cardiac pathologies: pericardial effusion; normal Heart vs “buffered” heart.
