The following are compulsory conditions to access a degree:
-That the professional/artistic course is aligned with the CNAEF area of the degree;
-Taking test(s) according to the CNAEF area of the degree.

Special competition phases
The special competition for access and admission in higher education for holders of dual certification courses in secondary education and specialized artistic courses is organized into two distinct phases:
1. Registration for exams;
2. Application for higher education;

Registration for the exams is done online, on the website http://www.provascentro.pt.
2. Application for Higher Education
After taking the exam, candidates who obtain a score equal to or higher than 95 points will be able to apply for higher education on the website of the Directorate-General for Higher Education – DGES;
“To access the online application system, students must complete the request for password assignment on the DGES website, valid only for the year in question.”
