With the collaboration of the Presidencies of all schools and their respective Students Associations, the PUC Sports Office promotes and highlights the SAS/PUC Gym.
Location: Campus of the Coimbra Agriculture School, in the building located opposite Campo Relvado.
Time: During the school year, it opens at 9 am and closes at 8 pm.
Activities: Cardiofitness (focused on cardiovascular training), Weight Room (focused on strength and muscular endurance training), Group classes.
Prices: The SAS/IPC Gymnasium is intended for use by the Polytechnic of Coimbra community, and the following fees apply:

Notes:
1. Students on grants with social support granted by DGES and/or SASIPC programs benefit from a 50% reduction in the expected fees, as long as they are both students and grant holders;
2. The values set out in points a, b, c & d consider a regime of free use of the PUC Gym, namely the functional training and cardiac training space, during its opening hours, with no daily use limit.
Users also have access, upon prior appointment made in person, to an initial physical assessment, as well as a training plan, provided by the Physical Exercise Technician present at the Gym.
Participation in Pilates classes requires payment of the amounts shown in the table above, and registration for them must be done through the following link.
Gym Membership
Gym membership is mandatory and must be done here.
You must also make a reservation/booking for training on the platform using the following link.
Finally, you must register on the SASSocial Platform using the following link.
The choice of payment method must be made in person at the gym, while the payment is made through the SASSocial Platform.
Pilates
Pilates classes are held at the Polytechnic of Coimbra Gymnasium, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting at 5:30 pm and ending at 6:15 pm.
To access them, you must create an account on the SASSocial Platform using the following link. Payment for Pilate classes will be made through this platform, and the first payment can be made on the day of the first class.
Attendance at classes requires booking through the following link and access to classes is available 7 consecutive days in advance.
Note: Attendance at a class can be cancelled up to 8 hours before the class, after which time attendance will be counted.
