Course Objectives
At the end of the course, students will have a solid management background, being able to understand the functioning of a company / organization, identify its limitations and potential, taking into account the context in which it operates . They should be able to contribute to the setting of objectives, to drawing up plans and actions to achieve the objectives and to establish control systems that allow monitoring of the evolution of the company / organization. They should also be able to work as a part of a team and maintain a good interpersonal relationship.
