Access Conditions

The holders of a school, scientific or professional curriculum, which is recognized by the Technical-Scientific Council of ESTGOH, as attesting to the capacity to perform this cycle of studies. The recognition referred to in points (b), (c) and (d) of paragraph 3 shall have the effect of only the access to the cycle of studies leading to the degree of master and does not confer on the holder the equivalence to the degree of licensee or the recognition of that degree.

Upon completing this cycle of studies, the Master in Management will have developed competencies across three fundamental pillars:
1.Technical and Scientific Mastery: Specialized and in-depth knowledge in Business Sciences, namely in Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Taxation, and Logistics; the ability to use advanced methodologies and digital tools for data analysis and performance control, as well as to design and execute projects that address real organizational problems.
2.Strategic Thinking and Leadership: The ability to diagnose complex situations in uncertain environments and design innovative solutions; a high capacity for managing people and promoting efficiency in multidisciplinary teams, integrating principles of social responsibility and sustainability into decision-making.
