Métodos de Ensino
As metodologias de ensino integram:
Exposição: para apresentar os temas/conteúdos, levantar problemas e orientar a abordagem dos alunos; Utilização de diferentes casos para ilustrar os temas em estudo;
Discussão em pequenos grupos (4-5 alunos), tarefas comuns ou diversas. Para o efeito, os alunos terão de recorrer à pesquisa, leitura e resolução de problemas para analisar criticamente e selecionar os métodos e técnicas de avaliação e intervenção de fisioterapia adequados a doentes com patologias cardiovasculares e respiratórias.
Resultados de Aprendizagem
Prático-instrumentais (desempenho psicomotor);
Cognitivos: desempenho mental reflexivo e conhecimento;
Afetivos: crescimento das áreas emocional/comportamental e de atitude.
Após completar a unidade curricular, o aluno deverá saber, compreender e ser capaz de:
Aplicar os princípios de avaliação, diagnóstico, programação e intervenção em condições e problemas associados ao sistema cardiovascular e respiratório, bem como a elaborar registos adequados, com base na Funcionalidade/Incapacidade;
Organizar os elementos associados aos procedimentos de Fisioterapia de acordo com as componentes Estruturas, Funções, Atividades/Participação e Fatores Contextuais;
Desenvolver estratégias centradas na educação/aconselhamento de utentes/doentes e de familiares e do conhecimento do contributo dos diferentes membros da equipa de saúde de forma que o fisioterapeuta tenha uma visão global do utente/doente;
Analisar criticamente os modelos e as estratégias práticas nos diversos contextos em que o fisioterapeuta atua;
Avaliar a evidência da prática no contexto das condições cardiovasculares e respiratórias.
Programa
1. Exame e avaliação das componentes da Funcionalidade e Incapacidade (estruturas e funções do corpo, atividades e participação) e dos Fatores Contextuais em condições cardiovasculares e respiratórias (12h)
2. Identificação dos padrões/diagnóstico em condições cardiovasculares e respiratórias (1h)
3. Determinação do prognóstico em condições cardiovasculares e respiratórias (3h)
Definição de objetivos esperados;
Frequência e duração das sessões;
Fatores que podem influenciar as sessões e o plano de intervenção;
4. Abordagens baseadas na evidência e centradas no doente/cliente com condições cardiovasculares e respiratórias (14h)
Tradicionais ou conservadoras;
Novas tecnologias, incluindo as Tecnologias de Apoio;
Promoção da saúde e prevenção dos problemas secundários;
Educação e aconselhamento;
Reabilitação baseada na Comunidade;
Outras.
