Course Objectives
OG1) To train qualified HRM professionals with the theoretical and practical skills to perform essential HR functions, adaptable to different organizational contexts.
OG2) Develop specialists capable of acting strategically in people management, aligning HR practices with organizational strategy, preparing them to face global challenges such as digital transformation, diversity and competitiveness
OG3) Train leaders to manage teams, promote a positive organizational culture and drive innovation in talent management, boosting the development of effective teams and the sustainable growth of organizations
OG4) Develop interpersonal and communication skills for negotiation, conflict management and ethical and socially responsible decision-making
OG5) Prepare students for strategic HR data analysis, understanding the dynamics of the business environment, adapting to economic, technological and legal changes.
