Microaccreditation in Quality Management System – ISO 9001

The adoption of a Quality Management System, in accordance with the principles of ISO 9001, the most widely used management system standard in the world, represents a strategic decision taken at the highest level of the organization. In this sense, the creation of this course aims to enable trainees to plan, implement and control a Quality Management System, in accordance with the guidelines and requirements of the ISO 9001 reference standard, to know how to recognize the general guiding principles of a Quality Management System; identify and interpret the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard and the stages of implementation of a Quality Management System and also understand the process approach.

All professionals who exercise or intend to exercise functions in the area of quality or any person, holder of compulsory education, who has an interest in the area, namely students, teachers and non-teachers, can apply for the course.
