In order to achieve the objectives of the curricular unit and the conference of competences foreseen for students, the learning process is based on the development of the theoretical component using the expository method, complemented with a practical component using participatory exposure strategies, case studies, resolution of practical exercises in the classroom and discussion in the classroom of motions of resolution with simulation of production decision, acceptance of proposal of sale / purchase
Learning Results
Control of costs, costing and elaboration of Provisional Budgets. These competences will be achieved in this curricular unit, providing students with adequate means on cost determination, management and budget planning so that together with the other management disciplines they can manage and plan correctly the production of an industrial company. Students should acquire competence in production cost calculations according to different costing systems, value stocks of raw materials and finished or in-process products, make forecast budgets and know the method of calculating deviations. They should also acquire competencies in the production cost calculation of a multi-product company and know the methods for production planning according to costs and production systems in order to design a project that can contribute to the improvement of the Good -Stay of the Society
