Teaching Methodologies

The teaching methodologies include expository methods, but also active, interrogative and demonstrative, allowing
greater interaction with students and a more appropriate learning new skills.
The assessment scheme can be continuous or final exam. In the first case includes the evaluation of student
performance throughout the various school activities (eg, work performed, evaluation of behavioral skills), as well
as a written test.

Learning Results

1.Capacity of analysis and interpretation of the human behavior in organizational terms; 2 Appropriate ways to
interact in the team work (including self-assertive interpersonal attitude, ability to manage conflict, to work in
teams); 3 identify and manage the first signs of stress.
