A test over all subject material-70%
If the average of the quizzes and test is less than 9.5, the student is obliged to take a final exam over all the material
given during the semester.

The student should acquire a knowledge set related to his/her specialty interest within the area of audiology.
Knowledge of the historical progression of audiology as a science and a profession should be obtained, including
an understanding of historical milestones in the development of the profession, both nationally and internationally.
Students should understand the technical, functional and institutional aspects of their career within the public
health service and how audiology is integrated into other health care disciplines and practice. They should gain
sufficient analytic capacity and discernment to adopt proper attitudes for the future exercise of their profession
scientifically, technically and humanistically. They should also gain a necessary understanding of the organization
and regulations of the Coimbra Health School.
