Teaching Methodologies
The curricular unit will be developed according to a theoretical-practical and practical model with moments of structured exposure of the contents and respective analysis and discussion or debate. An interrogative and interactive methodology will be used prior to the presentation of the main contents and concepts, and demonstration / exemplification of them through their practical application in everyday situations and, whenever justified, using computer programs and equipment designed for professional use.
The continuous evaluation of the curricular unit will include:
– practical test to assess nutritional status (25%, P)
– written test (75%, TP)
Students with less than 9 points in any of the assessments will be considered as failing. The approval in UC is obtained when the weighted average of both moments of evaluation results in, at least, 10 values.
