The aim of the course is to get students to understand management issues in an integrated and holistic manner, highlighting the systemic nature of their decisions. Therefore, it is intended to develop the students’ analytical skills and thinking by confronting them with management situations close to reality in which, facing a dynamic and ambiguous context, they have to identify problems, use knowledge and make decisions to achieve results and learning.
