Teaching Methodologies
The teaching is taught by lecture method, where they are taught, the theoretical, programmatic discipline
additionally are resolved some practical exercises.
The assessment is distributed throughout the semester in the form of a presentation in class group work, with a
weight of 30% in classification and a written test with a weight of 70% in the final classification, to be held in end of
the semester.
Alternatively, provides to the students the opportunity to perform a final examination through a written test, and
does not anticipate performing any oral test, as defined by Regulation of Evaluation of ISCAC.
Learning Results
The course aims to give the student a knowledge base and tools, allowing him to assess how decisions made by
economic agents, money market and financial influence the functioning of the economy.
It is intended that the student knows the ways of financing the economy and the functioning of the monetary and
financial institutions operating in our financial market.
Looking up, also, that the student understands the workings of the monetary system and the process related to the
creation, destruction and money supply in the Euro zone.
