Learning Results
– Analyze the latest developments in the management of organizational change and its leadership.
– Provide students with a practical overview and current leadership, in all its components, allowing the application of a practical model and performance evaluation.
– Make available to students a set of specialized sources of information, knowledge and tools by which they can monitor these issues in organizations / companies.
– Also, in providing simulation practice applying different models of change management and performance evaluation in the public or private organizations.
– Provide a set of solutions to them, notably through practice and learning “Methods Case,” which will be presented in class and working practices.
