Teaching Methodologies
The teaching methodologies based on student participation in research and legal literature as well as in the resolution of practical cases, appear as the most appropriate for achieving the learning objectives of the course.
Learning Results
a) Objectives:
1. Familiarize students with the language, concepts and ways of thinking themselves the law, preparing them for understanding the specialized sequent legal matters.
2. Make known to the students, the juridical and labor, in their individual and collective impact, and its main aspects of the scheme, with practical concerns but without forgetting the respective theoretical framework.
b) Skills to be acquired:
The students should be able to identify the normative legal framework applicable to every situation. You should know how to interpret correctly the standard in question and resolve specific situations it finds.
