Learning Results

To develop the linguistic skills of students in order to improve their communicative performance;
To develop strategies for a more effective communicative speech – not only by underlining the most important
and various factors that influence the communicative act, but also by exploring the linguistic resources
available.

Program

Oral communication: formal and informal;
Written communication: vocabulary, writing texts and planning;
Techniques to write different types of documents:
1.Reports and technical works;
2.Summaries and minutes;
3.Techniques to present reports;
Public communication techniques.
