Teaching Methodologies
Given the specificity of this Non-Teaching CU, traditional “Teaching-Learning Methodologies” (TLM) will not be applicable. Therefore, the
TLM of the CU articulated with the pedagogical model, are performed by the Supervisor and/or Co-supervisor(s) and Supervisor of the
internship host entity, and the student must meet regularly with this/them. These TLM are:
TLM1: Individual guidance sessions, focused on personalized monitoring and discussion of internship development, discussion of progress
(LO1 and LO2)
TLM2: Continuous feedback on the activities developed during the internship, sharing of experiences and discussion of good practices in an
organizational context and structuring of the report (LO3 and LO4).
TLM3: Internship defense simulations, allowing students to improve their oral communication and argumentation before the Evaluation Jury
(LO5).
Learning Results
The Internship and Report is one of the 3 devices for carrying out the Non-Teaching Component (NTC) of the SC
Learning Objectives (LO):
LO1 Apply theoretical knowledge in practical situations in the organizational context.
LO2 Develop critical analysis skills to solve complex organizational problems.
LO3 Integrate tools and techniques to improve organizational processes or strategies.
LO4 Write a structured report, presenting results, conclusions and substantiated recommendations.
0A5 Effectively communicate internship outcomes in presentations and discussions.
