Learning Results

This curricular unit aims to provide students with the empirical and theoretical knowledge about human behavior in organizations from a perspective of change and innovation. Specifically, the students should be able to: 1. Understand the factors that determine / influence human development in organizations; 2. Reflect on and discuss the processes of communication, motivation, leadership and learning from the perspective of organizational change and innovation; 3. Acquire skills in coaching; 4. Apply neuro-linguistic programming to improve personal and organizational development. 5. Acquire skills and techniques that allow methodological advise management on organizational analysis and / or implementation of measures for evaluating the performance of human resources
