Teaching Methodologies
Theoretical, tutorial and laboratorial classes.
The theoretical component is evaluated by final exam.
The laboratorial component consists of 4 practical works (2 about part I and 2 about part II).
Learning Results
Part I
Acquiring competences on the understanding of Nature in the domain of Electromagnetism, with emphasis on the technologically more important concepts.
Part II
Learning the operation of the permanent regime of transformers and the DC operation of rotating machines.
Describe the parts and the principle of operation of DC transformers and motors? know their application fieldsand make numerical calculus about their permanent regime of operation.
