Teaching Methodologies

Lectures presentation of the formal bases of the course. Tutorial classes serve to address practical problems/case studies related to the subject. The evaluation involves two components:

i. evaluation of theoretical concepts taught (assessed by a written exam, with a weight of 65% of the final mark)
ii. evaluation of the practical component (evaluated by two group assignements: theme research and job design plan, with a weight of 35% of the final mark).

Learning Results

Develop knowledge and comprehension skills in the area of Human Resources based on classroom attendance and practical assignments; Develop the ability to apply the acquired knowledge in day-to-day business problems; Develop the ability to collect, select and interpret relevant information in the area of Human Resources; Develop the ability of analysis, synthesis and formulation of opinions;
