Hydraulics
Teaching Methodologies
In theoretical-practical classes, expository and inquisitive methods are used. During the approach to the syllabus, practical situations are exposed; their understanding and critical thinking are encouraged. The students, in an active participation, proceed to the resolution of exercises and practical problems proposed and applied to Civil Engineering.
Learning Results
Study the phenomena related to water cycle on Earth: precipitation, surface and underground runoff, evaporation, transpiration and infiltration.
Evaluate water needs and water availability to understand water resources management. Characterize and quantify hydrological phenomena. Quantify flows for drainage
