Teaching Methodologies

6.1 TEACHING METHODS
The methodological options leading to the fulfillment of the curricular unit program will focus on the following pedagogical strategy:
– Oral presentation focused on the expected contents;
– Development of works under teaching guidance.

6.2 ASSESSMENT METHODS
The assessment in the curricular unit will take place, at the student’s option, in the following modalities:
– Continuous evaluation;
– Exam.

The evaluation in those modalities will obey criteria that will be explained in the statements and/or other elements presented, according to the following components and weights:

CONTINUOUS EVALUATION
– Exercise 1 – 40% in the global assessment;
– Exercise 2 – 60% in the global assessment.

EXAM
– Practical component – 100% weight in the overall assessment of the exam.

Learning Results

Intended learning outcomes (knowledge, skills and competencies to be developed by students) 3.1 To use specific software for representation in technical drawings;
3.2 To produce and display forms and spaces in a three-dimensional environment;
3.3 To know virtual modeling tools;
3.4 To use tools to create technical drawings through modeling;
3.5 Knowledge of the rendering techniques;
3.6 To know how to present a product by using digital tools.
