Teaching Methodologies

The theoretical contents are presented in expository sessions. The Pratical-theoretical It is intended to provide students with skills that enable them to: a) guide practitioners in the early stages of sports development; b) assist coaches in practice levels associated with the degree II, as stated in Article 11 of Law 106/2019.

 

Periodic and continuous assessment (P/C) or examination (E)

 

P/C

Presential participation 5%.

Test: 45

Laboratory or field work (LFW): 50%.

 

To have access to the final evaluation by examination, students must obtain a minimum of 8 values in the LFW .

 

E:

1. Test T (test) 50%.

2. LFW examination 50% 2.

The access to the practical test is conditioned to obtain more than 7,5 values in the theoretical test.

3. Technique and didactics specific to pure sport swimming: alternate – Crol and backstroke; simultaneous – breaststroke and butterfly; performance and improvement of the 4 techniques; exploration of pedagogical progressions (PP)

4. Technique and didatics specific to synchronized swimming

5. Technique and specific didactics of water polo

6. Technique and specific didactics of water jumping

7. Water rescue.
