Learning Results

With this course the student should be able to:
– Use organizational theories to identify and interpret the different realities and dynamics of organizations.
– Use organizational theories in the design, development and evaluation of the structures , processes , functions and organizational dynamics.
– Use the conceptual framework of Organizational Theories in the design and development of communication processes.
– To recognize the contributions of Organizational Sciences to understand some of the central themes in the development of organizational activities
