Manage consultation processes of price proposals for civil construction works and public works; Prepare budgets and specifications for construction works and public works; Reading, understanding and realization of project drawings, using the application of tools, computer-assisted design (AutoCad); Coordinate the planning and organization of works and shipyards: Supervise the execution of civil construction works and public works; Manage the quality control system of materials and construction processes; Manage the implementation of safety, hygiene and health plans in shipyards and construction sites; Coordinate the execution of construction and maintenance work of buildings; Coadjuvar in the selection of technologically sustainable constructive solutions.

Individuals who meet the conditions of access set out in Article 40e of Decree-Law No. 63/2016 may apply for CTeSP: Individuals who meet the conditions of access set out in Article 40e of Decree-Law No. 63/2016, of September 13 and Decree-Law No. 65/2018 of 16 August, which are specified in points (a) to (c), following, and meet, cumulatively, the conditions of entry defined in one of points (d) or e) following: a) To be holders of a secondary education or legally equivalent qualification course; b) With approval in the specially appropriate tests aimed at assessing the capacity for the attendance of higher education of the over 23 years, carried out, for the course in question, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 64/2006, of March 21 and Decree-Law No. 113/2014, of July 16;

(c) holders of a diploma of technological expertise, a diploma of a higher professional technician or a higher education degree, who wish to be requalified. d) For the purposes of Article 40f of Decree-Law No. 63/2016 of 13 September, the acceptance of applications of holders of qualifications referred to in paragraphs 1 – (a) of Article 40e of Decree-Law No. 63/2016 of 13 September, with the words in paragraph a) of paragraph 3 of the Notice, is subject to the approval in mathematics discipline of the 10th and 11th year or equivalent modular contents of typology B taught in courses specified in points b), c), d), e) and f) of Article 6 of the Decree- Law No. 139/2012, of June 5, and in the case of point d) is required the use in the disciplinary units of mathematics of the 10th, 11th and 12th year of professional courses.

(e) For the purposes of Article 40f of Decree-Law No. 63/2016 of 13 September, the acceptance of applications by holders of qualifications referred to in article 40e(2) of Decree-Law No. 63/2016 of 13 September, with reference in point c) of paragraph 3 of this Notice, it is subject to the approval in mathematics discipline with contents identical to those defined in point 4 of the Notice or approval in a curricular unit of Mathematics, Mathematical Analysis or equivalent, integrated in the Course of Technological Specialization, Professional Higher Technical Course or Higher Education Course of which it is a holder, provided that the level of knowledge is equal to or higher than the requirements defined for the holders of a secondary education course or legally equivalent qualification.
