Teaching Methodologies

In the context of theoretical and theoretical-practical classes, contents 1 and 2 are presented. In the context of practical and laboratory classes, knowledge associated with contents 3 and 4 is trained.
The assessment in the curricular unit comprises elements of demonstration of theoretical understanding and effectiveness in the practical application of matters associated with contents 3 and 4.
Continuous assessment comprises 3 elements: participation in theoretical and practical classes; taking a written test in response to a test that can include all the subjects included in the curricular unit’s syllabus; realization of theoretical-practical work on the application and analysis of results of physical fitness and physical condition tests.
The final classification obtained in the final assessment results from the weighted sum of each of the assessment elements in which a positive classification is obtained (10 values on a scale of 0 – 20 values).
Assessment by exam has the condition of access to obtaining a positive classification (10 values on the 0-20 scale) in the component of participation in classes and in the component of theoretical-practical work. The exam consists of an answer to a written test and approval by an exam corresponds to obtaining a grade of 10 values (scale 0 – 20 values) in the written exam.

Learning Results

1. to identify and characterize the tests and test batteries for assessing PA and FC.

2. Know principles and procedures for the correct application of tests of PA and FC.

3. To apply tests for the evaluation of PA and CF.

Program

1. Identify and analyze tests and test batteries for the assessment of PA and FC adapted to different ages and contexts.
2. Conditions and protocols for application and recording of results from the application of tests and batteries of AF and CF assessment tests.
3. Test application training and AF and CF test batteries.
4. Presentation and interpretation of results of tests carried out with assessment tests of AF and CF.
