Teaching Methodologies

6.1 The methodological options will focus on three fundamental pedagogical components: oral exposition
focused on the intended contents; study and presentation of works/productions; development of work
under teacher guidance. Methodological options will focus on two fundamental pedagogical components: – Theoretical-practical component – study and presentation of works/productions and their authors; – Practical component – work by the students and their teaching guidance. 6.2 The curricular unit can be performed by continuous evaluation or evaluation by examination. The continuous evaluation implies the realization of 4 theoretical and practical papers that will have the following weights: 1st work – 20%; 2nd work – 40%; 3rd work – 20%; 4th work – 20%. The exam will have a theoretical component, with a weight of 30%, and a practical component, with a weight of 70%.

 

Learning Results

Intended learning outcomes (knowledge, skills and competencies to be developed by students) 3.1 Explore alternative design and digital design practices;
3.2 Comprehend and analyse different typologies and practices of the conceptual drawing of different modalities of expression and communication;
3.3 Develop practices of the drawing, in order to have adequate creative solutions proposals to pre-defined concepts.
